About Me

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with clients facing a wide range of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and many more. Throughout my time as a therapist I have developed a specialization in men's issues and traumatic experiences that may make it difficult for someone in their everyday lives. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, adaptability, validation, and positivity. I recognize and respect that each person's journey is unique and deserving of personalized care.

In my practice, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and many more. I use these techniques to tailor treatment to the specific needs of my clients. I believe that my clients all respond to these interventions differently and it is important to allow them to utilize the techniques they believe help them the most. I believe in the power of collaboration and transparency, fostering an environment where trust and respect are paramount. Therapy is an experience that requires us to work together. I cater your time with me to best suit your strengths and meet you where you are at in the moment. I use EMDR and Brainspotting in conjunction with other forms of therapy to best help you.
